Private upload: maximum 10 files and 20 MB per file. Do not include passwords, API keys, banking details, health information or unnecessary identifiable customer data. Remove or anonymise personal data wherever possible. Files are stored privately and are not automatically sent to an external AI service.

Your data: sending this creates a client account for your business so we can follow up and you can see what you've sent us in the client portal. If we don't end up working together, we archive the account and permanently delete your name, contact details, answers and files after 30 days. We keep only anonymous totals (such as industry, town and how you found us) to understand our own growth.
